Private exchange · South Africa
The nights you don’t use, spent somewhere you would.
Most second homes on the coast and in the highlands sit empty for ten or eleven months. Luxury Holiday Homes Exchange lets owners put those nights into a shared pool, earn Rand credit, and stay in another member’s house without paying a nightly rate in cash.

A dearer house buys more time
One peak night at the coast can fund several nights inland.
Credit for a committed night is the house’s base value times that date’s season multiplier. A stay costs the same formula on the house you visit. A R9,000 Plett night and a R4,200 Clarens night are not equal, so the coast earns more credit and the highlands stretch further.
